Catherine Brahan, CMCA, is originally from Hattiesburg, MS, and received her Bachelors' degree in Communications from Mississippi State University. Prior to joining the Boothby Realty, Inc. team, Catherine worked in Community Association Management in Denver, CO. There, she was an active member of the CAI Rocky Mountain Chapter, and educated herself through her professional organization on the latest trends and legislation for Community Association Management.

Catherine B. Davis, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Catherine is the Vice President of Community Association Management - Northern Alabama Region of Boothby Realty, Inc. Catherine comes to us with 10+ years experience as a Community Association Portfolio Manager in Virginia and over 20 years experience in business administration. Catherine is a current member of the Alabama Chapter of Community Associations Institute (AL-CAI) and is currently serving on the Membership Committee. Catherine is the Past President of the Central Virginia Chapter of CAI (CVC-CAI) and Board Liaison for the "Consensus" Newsmagazine, Website and Directory Committees and volunteered on the Membership Committee. Catherine chaired the first State wide 'CAI Day at the Capitol' during the State of Virginia General Assembly. Catherine has also served as CVC-CAI Board President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary and Chairperson for the Newsmagazine. In 2008, Catherine was awarded the Central Virginia Chapter of CAI President's Award. She began her career in the community association management industry in Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake, Virginia and have also served as Chairperson and Editor for the Southeastern Virginia Chapter of CAI (SEVA-CAI) "Current" newsmagazine, named 2005 SEVA-CAI Recruiter of the Year and was inducted into the National CAI Recruiters Club, served as volunteer member on the SEVA-CAI Membership and CA Day Committees. Catherine attended Old Dominion University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, majoring in Criminal Justice. She currently holds the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) CAI's nationally recognized distinguished designations. Catherine continues to support and promote the Professional Management Development Program (PMPD) courses and other educational programs offered through CAI.
